Background

The Client, a high-profile concert venue, wanted to promote content on their website that was more relevant for each individual visitor. As the Client was already personalizing emails and SoMe ads, personalization of the web site based on individual preferences was a natural next step.

Using

Using existing data from the Clients marketing automation system, web history, purchase history, cognitive profile and responses to previous marketing efforts, One Prediction could match all 400+ events to each individual customer, using One Prediction’s Cognitive Match feature. Read more on our website about the feature here. The Client uses the recommendations to populate the dynamic website and show individual recommendations, automatically.

Results

The Result: +15% more conversions directly from the website, +20% larger basket size for the buying customers and a turnover from the website of index 163 after two years.
The Client has won various prizes for the quality of the CX.
